Your Opportunity
The Advancement team’s vision is to make the Rotman School a go-to place for alumni worldwide. Our alumni will proudly identify themselves as Rotman graduates and will look to Rotman first for talent, professional development, business and personal networks and philanthropy.
The Alumni Officer will be an integral part of the Rotman Advancement team working closely and collaboratively across the school to execute and manage their suite of projects that are designed to engage alumni across segments and years. In addition to this work, the Alumni Officer will promote alumni engagement opportunities across Rotman or University departments, graduating students, industry partners and alumni. They will coordinate networking activities between students, alumni, industry partners or mentors. Recruit and coordinate alumni volunteers. Foster positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni and industry partners. Plan and oversee the implementation of an evaluation framework for alumni programming and initiatives, including mentorship programs. Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action, and follow-up items. Updating prospect databases and portfolios. Maintaining filing system. Generating reports. Developing and accessing budget, collaborating on cost estimates, and managing expenses. Monitoring accounts for a project and/or program.
