We are expanding and we are in need of a Business Operations Manager: to join our amazing team!
Position Vision:
The Business Operations Manager :is a high-performing team member who shares in the vision/goals of the visionary and company and works to carry those visions forward on a tactical and tangible level. This individual is an essential bridge between the functions of the business and leads the team towards a common goal.
This individual is a detail-oriented and highly organized leader who puts the company above himself/herself while leading, managing, and holding the team accountable. The Operations Manager holds a focus on communicating effectively with the team and visionary while providing a bridge across all systems and functions of the business.
To be successful in the position, you need to::
Be highly-organized
Have robust written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
Have knowledge of Sales and Marketing (CEO will train the right applicant)
Have proven Implementation skills, cross-departmental
Have a burning desire to win (within value structure)
What are your Top Responsibilities?:
Review business plan and Implement all facets of select proprietary systems & processes
Attend franchise and industry training functions. Review, plan and implement all necessary programs after training (Both in-person conferences, webinars, zoom, and video)
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training all new teams members
Lead, manage and hold accountable all major company-wide projects and initiatives and ensure they are integrated and carried out successfully and on time.
Maintain a pulse on the business from a financial, legal, sales, and operations vantage point and suggest actionable insights based on these weekly feedback loops
What are the compensation and benefits? :
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 USD and CAD
Profit Sharing
Attend 3-4 day conferences at exotic locations (6 per year) – a couple of extra days on business at the location- Before or after!

This position is remote; South Eastern Ontario (Durham Region East to Kingston)
