What Are The Details Of This Position?
UPLevel is looking for a team-oriented puzzle solver to fill the position of Recruitment Coordinator. This team member coordinates the steps of the recruiting process for our client – matching candidates from a great talent pool with high level, coveted positions in the United States. Excellent in coordinating interview schedules, confirming details, following up after interviews, arranging onboarding for successful candidates and basically helping everyone in the process feel great and confident each step of the way. You’ll communicate with invested candidates in search of their dream job, the interview team, the hiring managers and coordinate all the steps in the recruiting process. Connecting great people to exceptional opportunities with industry leading companies in booming sectors.
Major Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good business relationships with current clients and many candidates in the talent pool.
Communicate with candidates and clients via phone, email, about specific opportunities and available positions
Present candidates for available positions, selling their strengths and suitability for the position
Conduct outreach and actively engage with current and prospective candidates for open positions
Coordinate and follow up on all interviews and outcomes
Act as a learning consultant and trusted advisor to the business
Update and maintain accurate records for the corporate Talent Pool
Look for ways to constantly improve our solutions and relationships
Experience & Skills Required

3 years of experience in a related field or industry would be preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience utilizing an ATS is preferred
Present a unified support to the vision of UPLevel

Work Hours
Weekdays. Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00PM EST. This is a full time permanent position and will constitute a minimum of 40 hours per week.
