Job Description:

Are you someone who rocks on camera? Create engaging video content for our social media and digital channels. We are seeking an experienced Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in devising and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on implementation, and excellent communication skills to drive our digital presence and engagement effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing templates, and analyzing performance metrics.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• Previous experience or internship in digital marketing is preferred but not required. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing and social media. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media management tools. 
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. 
• Comfortable creating and appearing in video content.
