As the Job Placement Lead, you will:

• Meet and exceed targets.
• Design and deploy recruitment plan and strategy by initiating marketing and outreach activities to maximize profitable sales growth in a dynamic marketplace.
• Identify talent, strategize upskilling/reskilling strategies and find placement with top tiered companies.
• Get past gatekeepers to develop strong associations with decision-makers of target employers.
• Drive top line results in accordance with strategic plan, including defining and managing the goals and objectives.
• Manage the allotted budget.
• Implement company’s field training and product / services marketing / sales strategies under your responsibility.
• Contribute towards recruitment, development, and retention of talent.
• Execute organizational development and growth. Participate as an active member of the team to ensure effective execution of company strategies.
• Be the positive change agent to create an environment of team engagement and motivation.
• Understand, adhere to, and hold your team accountable for Company’s programs, policies and procedures (time reporting, pricing, expense reporting, compensation, regulatory compliance, among others)

Education, Required Skills And Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• MBA from a recognized institution is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience and a minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in an employment agency, recruitment and head hunting organization is preferred.
• Proven experience with recruitment tools and external job portals.
• Proven track record in placement of graduates and talent with various prospective employers.
• A proven track record of initiating, building, and managing relationships.
• Experience leading the global launch of a product or solution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and decision-making skills.
• Proven record of collaborating and leading team projects.
• Track record of budget resources and usage as per the plans.
• Outstanding analytics skills and keen problem-solving skills.
• Understand Risk and mitigation policies and their usage in project management.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Experience as a field trainer and / or project leader.
• Ability to travel with in the Province of Ontario is required.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Earning potential: $50K – $80K (base + commission)
