As a Shop Coordinator, You Will:
Create, follow & close both internal and external work orders
Enter technicians time daily and process payroll weekly
Assist in scheduling and prioritizing repairs for multiple shop
Create and maintain production (repair) scheduling sheet in Excel
Assist in Scheduling Field Maintenance (LOF Services)
Work with 3rd party repair shops to complete repairs that can’t be done in Miller shops
Closing of vendor purchase orders and match the invoices
Code invoices for Foreperson’s approval
Maintain all shop files including environmental
General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing
Maintain COR safety requirements (scanning, filing)
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Maintain filing of maintenance records both in the software and hard copy
What You’ll Bring:
2 years’ experience in office/shop related work
Maintenance/Repair shop experience an asset
Service Advisor experience an asset
Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
