You will work closely with the Store Manager to continue to evolve our in-store experience. With elevated exposure to the organization and the design industry, this opportunity is a launchpad for ongoing growth and development within the company. Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base salary, plus uncapped commission, and bonuses.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do
Motivate your team to deliver on customer experience, obtain sales targets, meet store goals and merchandising standards
Champion our values and assist in the development of your team by setting expectations, keeping open lines of communication, delivering constructive feedback, and providing support
Display a focused approach to operational excellence and optimize management of ‘controllables’ such as labour, inventory, and shrink
Maintain high store standards by keeping our spaces beautiful, clean, stocked, organized, and merchandised
Perform additional projects/duties/assignments as required and/or by request
Who You Are
A dynamic leader who drives results through people development and an engaging customer experience
Highly accountable and self-motivated
Detail-oriented and highly organized. You can balance multiple priorities and execute projects in a timely manner
A strong communicator. You build relationships and are able to effectively give and receive feedback
Passionate about retail. You have the ability to drive our competitive difference in the furniture and home décor industry
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years experience in sales management
Availability to work Full-time and a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Ability to coach and develop a team of top performers
Strong business acumen and a dedication to achieving key metrics
Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to lift/move stock weighing up to 50 lbs.
