We are rapidly expanding in the US and APAC regions and looking for an innovative recruiter to join our Talent team.
This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, ever changing, high growth environment. This is a true full-cycle recruiter position where relationships and influence are paramount. You will advise and partner closely with our CRO Leadership team, to create and execute recruiting strategies, source and engage candidates, ensuring a rich, talented and diverse pipeline to build the future of UserTesting.
You will be challenged to be creative and innovative while building out processes from scratch; thoughtful and passionate about the candidate experience, while continuing to foster the amazing culture that makes UserTesting special.
What you’ll be doing:
Consult with hiring managers to build trust and partnership while providing full cycle recruiting services to hire top talent and scale our rapidly growing organization
Manage the entire hiring process and drive the recruiting process forward
Continuously and consistently build candidate pipeline by leveraging proactive sourcing and recruiting methods
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Collaborate with the Talent team to drive recruiting best practices consistently throughout the company
What We’re Looking For In This Role:
Full-cycle in-house recruiting experience across various departments including Sales and Marketing
Experience in scaling Go to Market teams; preferably in SaaS organization.
A real awareness and true understanding of diversity and inclusiveness strategies to incorporate into every facet of our overall recruiting strategy
Experience building structured interview processes from scratch using best practices.
Track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals; Self motivated, you can be very successful with limited structure
You are a collaborator, with a history of building trust across teams
Regularly use data to communicate your story, make decisions, and diagnose problems
Solid command of common tools ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter and developing multi- channel search strategies
You have a great eye for talent and strong ability in gauging a candidate’s abilities and motivations
Passion for the candidate experience; you take great care and pride in your craft
Organized with meticulous attention to detail
Proactive problem solver, thinking ahead, prioritizing and pivoting quickly
Resilient in the face of challenges and change, remaining focused and calm under pressure
