UTG Academy seeks a dedicated School Principal/Manager to oversee our dynamic educational environment, encompassing both in-person and online courses. This part-time role is central to managing operations, ensuring high-quality education, and overseeing the smooth functioning of online classes. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a varied schedule and contributing to our educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of in-person courses and supervise online class delivery.
• Lead and support teaching staff for both in-person and online education.
• Implement and maintain educational and operational policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and operation management for cohesive strategy implementation.
• Run assessments for new students, report their results.
• Engage with students and parents to build strong community relationships.
• Administer various administrative and compliance tasks.

Work Schedule

• Regular Hours: Tuesday to Thursday (3 PM – 6 PM), Saturday and Sunday (8:30 AM – 3 PM).
• Mondays and Fridays off.
• Extended Hours during Spring Camps (March 17th to March 30th) and Summer Camps: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in educational administration, preferably with exposure to both in-person and online learning environments.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including travel between locations.
