Job Summary:
Work towards providing Whistler Blackcomb’s stores with prompt service on all levels to achieve unparalleled customer service. Dealing with product and accompanying paperwork with meticulous attention to detail and procedure. Is responsible for the receiving, transferring and tracking of all retail products. Works with other members of Whistler Blackcomb’s team, both retail and other, to maintain and improve all policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again
To accurately distribute product to all retail locations
Take part in warehouse cleanliness and organization
Operate the Apropos back office inventory control system (training provided)
Follows receiving procedures completely and flawlessly
Keeps own work spaces orderly and clean
Moving and storing of product in its assigned storage location
Delivering and logging of all products to and from stores and suppliers
Setting up and changing over of stores i.e. summer to winter products
Takes an active role in small inventory counts and year-end inventory counts.
Takes an active role in loss prevention, both internal and external
Fills in stock orders for both Whistler Blackcomb and wholesale store orders
Is punctual for all shifts
Follows Whistler Blackcomb’s standards for personal appearance
Takes phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner
Makes store service an extension of customer service
Ensures any safety concerns are communicated to the supervisor
Willing to share others responsibilities as required such as logging, data entry, delivery, etc.
Takes an active role in warranty customer service as required
We are a company that works together and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed
Job Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills
Must be 19 years of age or older, possess a valid BC driver’s licence and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract (see front desk for details)
Must be capable of regularly lifting 35 lbs on a daily basis, up to 75lbs.
Required to complete a satisfactory criminal record check.
