Role Requirements:

On-site at Mississauga office. Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits.

Back-end and Front-end skills needed.

· Designing and developing new features and/or maintain existing applications developed using a variety of tools, including .Net, ASP.NET MVC, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Visual Studio, IIS, Apache, MS SQL, MySQL, PHP and /or J2EE.

· Developing code and supporting documentation.

· Working in a team environment to develop, unit test and deploy software changes.

· Developing a well-tested, high performance, scalable client/server web application.

· Maintain integrity of source code using Git version control tool.

· Staying current on new technologies and best practices and sharing those learnings with the business.

· Coordinate with other software professionals and developers

Desired Qualifications:

· College or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

· Minimum 2+ years’ proven experience Development of Web-based and Client/Server applications.

· Medium to advanced level experience developing full lifecycle Web application using ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC).

· Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

· Comfortable with Object Oriented Programming (OOP).

· Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD).

· Experienced with Azure Dev Ops deployment methodology.

· Must be flexible to change and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience developing mobile web applications (mobile first).

· Exposure working within online shopping capabilities (Magento) would also be an asset.

Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
