Valley Toyota in Chilliwack, BC is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to assist our valued customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to excellence.*Responsibilities:** Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts inquiries and orders.* Provide accurate and detailed information about available parts and accessories.* Help customers identify the correct parts for their specific Toyota vehicle model and year.* Collaborate with the service and repair departments to ensure timely and accurate parts deliveries.* Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring that all parts are properly labeled and stored.* Keep up-to-date with the latest Toyota products, promotions, and pricing.* Process parts orders and transactions accurately using our dealership’s computer systems.* Handle customer concerns and returns professionally and efficiently.* Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.*Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or technical education is preferred.* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a related role within an automotive dealership is a plus.* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, especially Toyota products.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Customer service-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.* Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.* Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Toyota vehicles and a desire to provide exceptional customer service, we invite you to join our team as a Parts Advisor.
