The management team at TheThings Reality is currency looking for a Reality TV Content Specialist to join their reality TV-enthused team. In this position, we’re looking for someone who will be a part of a team that will work hard to provide the best content possible to our viewers in relation to everything Reality TV.

As a VOA for TheThings Reality TV, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team of professionals, and you will be provided with guidance and resources designed to help you achieve your goals. The ideal candidate should be able to speak with the purpose, and intention of engaging the viewer in a personal and fun experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recording 8+minute voice-over’s read from scripts from our writing team.
Editing and Post-Processing the audio into a usable state (breath removal, pacing editing, compressors, and post-processes as needed).
Should deliver a 8+minute voice-over track that is ready to be video edited.
Expectations
Knowledge of your preferred audio production program (Audition, Audacity, Protools, etc).
Professional voice recording equipment.
Experience in voice acting, podcasting, radio, television, etc.
Practical knowledge with the ability to learn quickly;
Driven to achieve goals through hard work;
Good communication skills;
Meticulous attention to detail and capability of producing flawless work;
Affinity with the content of reality TV is a huge benefit/asset (passion for it is even better!).
