What you’ll do

Provide great customer service

Scan products and process customer transactions accurately

Support in the delivery of company-directed promotions and programs
-
Handle cash and credit card transactions
-
Keep the front-end and register area clean, neat, and stocked with essential supplies

Assist customers with general inquiries

Maintain a positive environment in the store
-
Assist customers with Self-Scan transactions
-
Assist in the preparation of online orders for pick up or delivery

Additional duties as assigned by Front End Manager
Who you are

A team player with good communication skills

An exceptional multi-tasker

Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment

Resourceful and courteous when resolving inquiries

Motivated to learn new things and deliver great customer service
Experience you bring
-
No previous experience is required, however experience in a retail customer service role or handling cash is an asset
What you bring
-
Flexibility to work a variety of hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
-
Able to move 25lbs and remain in a stationary or standing position for entire shifts
-
An interest in being cross-trained on different positions within the department (cashier, self-scan attendant, personal shopper, customer service representative)

Note that our store hours are Monday through Sunday 7am to 9pm
- Preference is given to candidates with more open availabilities and the ability to work opening and/or closing shifts
