Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end development and delivery of all product marketing collateral, including a suite of quarter-end marketing collateral.
Manages data retrieval for marketing materials, reviews the integrity of the data, and creates process efficiencies where applicable.
Independently initiates and / or leads product marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.
Develops, implements, and monitors product marketing plans. Contributes expertise to major marketing deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Ensures product marketing plans are aligned with the overall department strategy. Assists with defining the appropriate success and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drafts in-depth reviews.
Monitors and analyzes product and marketplace trends, client needs, and competitive offerings across applicable markets.
Proactively communicates status and issues of marketing activity regularly to stakeholders, including sales professionals, business leaders, team members, and senior managers.
Builds and maintains effective relationships with various parties including sales professionals, business leads, product teams, and key decision makers. Proactively fosters communication between stakeholders.
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks on marketing activities.
Takes initiative and effectively prioritizes work to meet tight deadlines, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Educates the marketing team on the features, benefits, and associated messaging for all products and ensures these are consistently applied across all channels.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
