Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy in dosage, route, and timing. RNs monitor patients for adverse reactions and educate them about their medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.
- Monitor patients’ conditions closely, observing for changes in status and responding promptly to any signs of deterioration. RNs use monitoring equipment and interpret data to assess patient progress and make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare plans and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Experience working in acute care, long-term care, or community healthcare settings
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- English Language proficiency
