Position Overview

First Truck is looking for a top SERVICE ADVISOR for our Edmonton South dealership who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience to work in our Edmonton West location. Primary Job Functions

• Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
• Create estimates.
• Invoicing.
• Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
• Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
• Explain all work performed and charges.

Qualifications

• Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
