We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team! You are a modern marketer. Data-driven and growth-minded in nature. You understand the art and science of marketing, you have proven experience managing acquisition and channel strategies that drive pipeline and deliver business outcomes.
As Vendasta’s Marketing Manager – Acquisition, you will be part of a growing team to drive acquisition, demand and grow our pipeline. Your goal is to develop our acquisition and channel strategy, drive high-intent demand, improve conversion rates, and grow the sales pipeline by creating and implementing innovative acquisition and demand generation programs that align with business objectives.
The impact you’ll have
Develop and manage the acquisition and channel strategy to business outcomes
Drive the optimization strategy to improve existing paid channel conversion across Facebook, Linkedin, Google and Bing
Improve and develop experimentation and testing frameworks and processes
Introduce behavioural science and human psychology into A/B testing philosophy
Improve channel mix and diversity our channels beyond paid ads, including content syndications, software partnerships, webinars, digital events, etc
Introduce new demand generation and account-based marketing programs, including target account marketing working with sales teams
Build reporting and dashboard visibility across paid programs
Provide marketing ROI analysis and assessments throughout the demand funnel, from leads to closed won pipeline
The value you’ll bring
5+ years in acquisition, demand generation and/or growth marketing
Preferred experience: Certification from CXL, GrowthHackers, Growth Tribe Academy, Reforge, AcademyXI or other growth and acquisition programs
Well-versed in Google Suite: Analytics, Adwords, Optimization
Copywriting experienced preferred
Experience optimising large paid channel acquisition budgets
Experience in behavioural science and human psychology is a plus
Results-driven. You’re agile and you do what it takes to move fast and hit the number
Open-mindedness about non-traditional approaches to marketing. You’re confident without being set in your ways. You’re well-informed and passionate about emerging trends in marketing and online business and culture
Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a successful record of implementation
Continuous desire to improve processes
Expressive and fearless, can effectively convince and make your point without being abrasive
Innovative, you think of interesting and alternative ways to get at a target market
