Ventmere Ltd Looking for Human Resources / Office Admin at Markham, ON Full Time

We make use of the latest web based technologies and platforms to boost online sales. Ventmere offers a vast catalog of products across all major online marketplaces on the planet. Our marketplaces include Amazon, ebay, Bestbuy, Walmart and many individually hosted e-commerce websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for updating job description, posting, initial candidate screening, termination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee satisfaction by conducting regular team building events, employee reviews and consolation
• Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth; Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures;
• Manage maintain employee attendance data for payroll
• Conducting general orientation, training and termination process
• Welcomes new employees to the company, providing a basic introduction of company codes of conduct
• Provides payroll information, collecting attendance records
• Maintains employee information updating employment status and communicate with the China HR department.
• Monitor levels of office supplies and handle shortages
• Perform administrative duties when needed
• Maintains resource information confidentiality
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Manage co-op program with YRDSB
• Manage employee benefit enrolment and update

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources role in Canada
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Responsible, dependable, great team support
• English and Mandarin required, Cantonese asset
• Human Resources Education backgroud perferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
