About the Job Title:
In this role you will be part of VFC’s ambitious, and collaborative Admissions and Client Support team to deliver exceptional customer support. You will be challenged to pivot quickly and problem solve, all while being an exceptional communicator with internal teams and external program participants.
Reporting to the ACS Student Program Manager, the Bilingual Student Programs Coordinator works across VFC’s programs to support the delivery of our admissions processes. We encourage candidates who have a natural ability to build rapport with customers, enjoy supporting them every step of the way (even through challenging moments), and are passionate about supporting projects from implementation through to day-to-day. It will be the Bilingual Student Programs Coordinator’s responsibility to support student programs for success, including reviewing student and employer applications, hosting employer webinars, and supporting clients in shared inboxes. This role is ideally suited to candidates who are detail-oriented, interested in administering admissions processes, and analyzing stakeholder feedback to drive program efficiency and impact.

Venture for Canada is committed to providing equal pay for equal work with salaries in line with industry standards. The salary for this position is $48,000-52,000.
