Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Appointment Coordinator. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday. The most important requirement of the position is the willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts.
We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Booking and organizing customer appointments by phone or in person
Using our company software for booking appointments, generating invoices, customer follow up etc.
Processing credit card payments and collecting payment for invoices
Processing and reconciling Toyota Warranty claims
Performing basic office tasks such as filing, emails, etc.
Education/Experience:
Previous Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are preferred
Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
Able to work as a team player
