• Leverage knowledge of data infrastructure and data engineering to partner heavily with Enterprise IT on the data strategy.
• Sophisticated ability to build consensus, influence, and drive a strategic agenda across a complex and diverse stakeholder map.
• Designs and leads the people analytics strategy and roadmap aligned to our business priorities.
• Leads people analytics technology strategy and application management.
• Designs and implements enablement strategy to drive adoption of digital/self-service tools and build capability in driving data-based decisions.
• Demonstrates client-centric orientation by championing their needs and energizing the team to provide outstanding client service.
• Deliver recommendations to maximize workforce performance and engagement through evidenced-based science and analytics.
• Develop the right key hypotheses to inform approach for what data is needed, how to best capture and query data, and determine analytical techniques to inform insights and recommendations.
• Leverage the latest methods, languages, technologies, and HR knowledge to manage and deliver complex insights which influence the direction of critical HR functions such as Learning & Development, Recruitment, Talent Planning/Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
• Define long-term strategy for the People Analytics function and manage complex cross-functional projects across a rapidly growing global team.
• Identify the skills and expertise needed to build a high performing team that can effectively produce measurable results delivered at scale in a highly diverse workforce environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Operations Research, Social/Behavioral Science, Statistics, Computer Science or Life Sciences field.
• Is required with 10 years of experience is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Senior HR leadership experience in a global organization, with emphasis on designing, delivering, and implementing complex data-driven programs and strategies.
• Distills complex data insights into a compelling and relevant story for a broad range of non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multiple, large projects in fast-paced matrix with experience in evaluating and making decisions around the use of new or existing tools for a project.
• Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to operate strategically and establish immediate credibility through strong influencing skills.
• Savvy HR professional with a proven business sense, hands on approach, and appreciation for an energetic, optimistic, fast paced culture.
• Consummate team player able to collaborate well with other HR professionals and clients throughout the company, business leaders at all levels, and employees throughout the organization.
• Must possess written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, interpretation skills, persuasion skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, planning and organization skills, and reasoning ability.
• Must possess proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
• Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.
• Ability to present to groups across the organization.
• Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.
• Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
• This role may have remote flexibility. Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally (approximately 20%).
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
