Job Description: Inside Sales / Project Coordinator

Victory Stone provides carefully curated collections of quartz, quartzite, marble, granite, soapstone and porcelain slabs for countertops sourced all over the world. Coupled with exceptional service and expertise, we deliver an excellent client experience.

Victory Stone is expanding the business and seeking a customer service-oriented individual for our Sales Associate/Project Coordinator position. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, consultation and customer experience to anyone who enters our showroom.
• Build professional relationships with retail clients, dealers and suppliers in order to close sales.
• Balance serving clients in-store and proactively communicating, following up and managing projects in progress.
• Collaborate and work harmoniously with other business units including sales manager, operations manager, office manager, production staff, installation team, and administrative staff.
• Communicate with all staff as it relates to scheduling of laser templating, fabrication and installation.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our vast collection of products and proactively familiarizing yourself with new products and how to sell them.
• Find creative ways to use our collections while staying up to date with design trends.
• Coordinate requests from clients on project timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure project requirements are met, including; timelines, inventory, processing orders/payment.
• Find efficiencies in coordinating projects based on location, materials, and installation timeline.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in design or building industry.
• Previous experience in retail sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and by email.
• Detail oriented.
• Proactive.
• Outgoing, positive, approachable.

Salary: $700.00-$900.00 per week
