Village Roots Wellness is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist who is full of life, has abundant energy, an upbeat attitude, great sense of humor, and most of all, loves helping people! Being passionate about delivering impeccable services and providing an outstanding experience for clients is essential. Collaboratively, we work with Chiropractors and nutrition specialist who are ambitious about succeeding in being productive, creative and committed to building their career with us.

We are located in Chahal MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Center, at 500 Dundas St W, Whitby (kitty corner to the Whitby public library). This multidisciplinary clinic offers a wide rage of services including; acupuncture, massage, cupping, hot stone massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic, orthotics, compression hosiery, Ideal Protein nutrition program, IFC treatments, concussion testing and esthetics.

This is a part-time permanent position.

Everything you need is there for your reception duties, we want you to be comfortable and happy in your space. If you require anything at all just ask, we will supply you with what you need to perform your job.

Duties Include; answering phones, direct billing for clients, cashing clients out, booking appointments, reschedule appointments, responding to email/ voicemail, daily social media posts to be shared between the reception team and laundry.

Available hours are: Friday 2-7:30, will also be required to fill in when people are sick or for time off
