Customer Success Representative
The Customer Success Representative is an ambitious leader in providing our customers with the best experience. They will be responsible for helping customers find their next vehicle, working collaboratively with our dealership partners, and maximizing customer satisfaction to achieve company goals. They will be joining a team of like-minded individuals who are self-motivated and genuinely enjoy connecting with others.
The role will also include working with new C2C facing product development with management and working with private party car sellers. Feedback on the process will be required and may change during the course of early MVP testing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain follow up in the pipeline for dealerships and vehicle expert (VE) team
Show rate tracking for all test drives
Confirming car deals for our team to invoice the dealership partner
Google review collections
Vehicle photo purchasing
Customer thank-you boxes
GMV ownership in the CRM
Customer survey emails
Product-market-fit Reviews
Follow up with previous customers for future purchases
CRM Cleaning
Upselling
Email content for follow-ups
Monthly VE/company workflow audits
Consumer listed vehicle assistance
Batch standings ownership
Contact the dealership directly if customers need to get back in contact etc.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience working at a high level within a sales team
Above-average phone communication skills
Proven experience in improving efficiencies of outbound call centers, creating increases in team performance, and improving customer satisfaction rates
Experience maintaining a CRM database
Experience using phone auto dialer software
Appetite for telesales, highly self-motivated, and resilient
Self-motivation is an essential personality trait
Willing to work in a team-centric environment
