Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bradford, ON. We are seeking up to two Production Planners who will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, liaising with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, and identifying and addressing potential production delays or issues. The Production Planner will take a proactive and collaborative approach to ensure that production schedules align with business requirements and that all stakeholders are kept informed of production status. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with production planning and management software (SAP, MRP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
