ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Line Cook LUNCH

Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Job Duties:

• prepare and cook full course meals,

• ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,

• work with specialized cooking equipment,

• ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,

• follow recipes and presentation specifications,

• meet dietary requirements where required,

• clean and maintain station.

• Knowledge of Italian cookery a plus

Requirements:

• minimum 2 years related experience

• strong work ethic

• ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff

• demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required
