Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and process-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates. You will be working with hiring managers across the business to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and engaging top talent using a variety of recruitment channels, creating talent maps and analyzing recruitment trends to understand the competitive landscape better and drive talent strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have some knowledge of sourcing techniques and a passion for research, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Source and engage candidates using different recruitment channels
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various evergreen roles across the business
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and the requirements of the role
- Create talent maps to better understand the competitive landscape
- Interact with professionals on niche platforms
- Recruitment administrative tasks such as interview coordination and scheduling
- Manage full cycle recruitment for junior positions. This process includes intake meetings, sourcing, recruitment admin, stakeholder management, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help execute internal talent programs and transfers within the business.
- Metrics and reporting such as funnel analysis and conversion rates
- Analyze recruitments trends and insights to drive talent strategy and hiring decisions
- Assist with various recruitment projects and events
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related experience
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
- Experience in Marketing, Creative, Influencer and Tech spaces is preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
