Job Title: Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview:

As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns for our clients to the highest standard. Your duties include managing and optimizing our personnel, systems, and processes across a range of tasks including administrative setup, fulfillment tasks, vendor coordination, customer offboarding, and process innovation. A key part of your role is to work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless integration and clarity across all departments, contributing to an outstanding customer journey.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Primary Objectives:

• Streamline and manage the Fulfillment department to support and accelerate company growth.
• Guarantee on-time completion of Fulfillment tasks.
• Ensure error-free execution of Fulfillment tasks.

• Client Success Support: Work closely with the Client Success Team to enhance client satisfaction and process efficiency.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years leading remote teams of 10-20+ in digital marketing service fulfillment.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and/or Web Development strongly preferred.
• Proven capability in structuring, building, and managing remote digital services teams during company growth phases.
• Demonstrable success in process improvement with real-world examples.
