Job Title: Growth Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a Growth Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible work hours during PST business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive engagement
- Create and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- Reach out to social media influencers to set up promotions and collaborations
- Work on creative ways to promote the business and increase brand awareness
- Identify and reach out to institutions to secure institutional subscriptions
- Conduct zoom calls with users to get testimonials and feedback
- Percentage of Time Allocation:
- SM (creating content or reaching out to influencers) – 30-40%
- Reaching out to Institutions – 5%
- Getting testimonials – 10%
- General Marketing/Promotion – 10%
- Miscellaneous activities – remaining time
Qualifications:
- Experience in growing a TikTok or Instagram account to an audience of greater than 10k without having fake followers
- Ability to create cohesive aesthetics on social media posts and understanding of branding
- Proficiency in using Canva, Metricool or a similar social media planner app, Instagram & TikTok, Notion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a C2 level (Native)
- Creative, self-motivated and able to work in a remote team environment
- Additional Details:
- The ideal candidate should be someone who understands the “young audience” and their social media habits. There is a possibility of this being split into two roles if necessary.
