Position Overview:
As our Inbound Appointment Setter, you’ll play a pivotal role in the sales team’s success. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate connections with the customers in an authentic manner while demonstrating persistence and drive. You’ll be entrusted with managing inbound lead lists and opt-in lists, securing deposits, and then facilitating handoffs to the closers and customer success team. Your ultimate goal: booking 2-3 people daily into an introductory trial.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate connections with inbound leads to secure appointments for an introductory trial.
- Manage inbound lead lists and opt-in lists, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Take deposits from interested prospects and facilitate handoffs to our closers and customer success team.
- Communicate with leads in a manner that resonates with their goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize processes and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales related role are preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with leads.
- Comfortable engaging prospects over different communication channels.
