In this role you will work alongside the Executive Management Team, Sales and Expansion Teams, Business leaders and Corporate Revenue Analytics to provide business insight from a range of company wide data. You are exceptional at collecting, analyzing and reporting data that provides visibility into performance, trends and opportunities for change management. You love using business intelligence and sales automation tools and possess deep knowledge of operational processes such as sales funnel optimization, customer experience journey mapping and overall business financial procedures.
What You’ll be Doing…:
Develop the business reporting cadence and generate appropriate business reports and dashboards to enable insight across all functional areas, measuring and tracking everything from marketing effectiveness, channel business, direct sales processes to customer success.
Develop forecasting methodology and lead weekly forecasting alignment meetings, including generation of 12 month rolling forecast reports, dissected by business area (New Logo vs Expansion).
Design and generate executive business reports to support monthly and quarterly review cycles.
Generate analytics and metrics to drive optimization of the sales funnel.
Continuous focus on best practice sales operations strategies to maximize effectiveness of reporting and real-time metrics availability.
Act as the Embedded Business sales funnel subject matter process expert and liaise with the CRM Administrators to implement CRM enhancements as required by the business.
Document sales processes, data flows, standard operating procedures, and project-related requirements to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process. Develop partner usage reporting, define partner retention metrics and partner health assessments.
Conduct studies related to special projects and assignments, analyzing information and alternative approaches and make best solution recommendations.
Be the subject matter expert for sales tools, i.e. Gong, OutReach and CRM including sales tool enablement of embedded new hires.
CRM hygiene of embedded contacts, accounts, opportunities, and tasks.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
Expertise with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce.
Expert knowledge of MS Office/Google Doc applications including Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
Strong background and understanding of sales funnel, from Marketing to Customer Success.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
You are a graduate of a degree/diploma within business administration, commerce, marketing, IT or equivalent experience.
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations roles.
You have experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) and sales automation tools and technology.
