Vitrum Glass Group located in Langley, BC is on a rapid trajectory to become the most trusted brand in Glass Fabrication. We have over 380,000 square feet of fabrication capacities serving customers in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will be part of an HR team supporting multiple companies within a matrixed environment.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:
- Consulting and advise in disciplinary/non-disciplinary matters to internal clients
- Providing employee and labour relations support
- Guiding people managers with career conversations, development plans and other development initiatives
- Support with implementation and administration of ad-hoc HR projects
- Other duties, as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
- CPHR or SHRM-CP certification in good standing
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources
- Five (5) years of Human Resources experience
- Two (2) years of Labour Relations (Union) experience
- Intermediate understanding of Payroll laws and obligations
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
