Position Overview
The Operations Manager is a strategic leader overseeing our clinics’ daily operations. This role involves close coordination with Clinic Medical Managers to ensure each clinic embodies our commitment to exceptional client care and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Clinic Operations Management:
– Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient functioning across clinics.
– Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and client experience.
– Facilitate seamless operations and active communication across departments.
– Uphold a deadline-oriented approach to operational tasks and projects.
Staff Management and Development:
– Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of Client Care Specialists.
– Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment aligned with our values and mission.
– Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction.
Client Experience and Service:
– Manage client scheduling and flow to optimize efficiency and client experience.
– Implement operational improvement strategies across all locations.
Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Planning:
– Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations in all clinics.
– Participate in strategic planning and financial management for operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in multi-location operations management.
– Demonstrated leadership, organizational, creative problem solving and communication skills.
– Passion for medical aesthetics.
-Fluent in English.
– Ability to lift 30lbs.
– Valid driver’s license.
