About the Role
Your expertise, guidance, collaboration, and ability to make things that resonate will all help take our brand to the next level—whether it’s designing visual assets, editing video clips for social, dreaming up and strategizing on a campaign, or producing an experimental video series for our YouTube channel. You’ll also bring creative leadership across the company by empowering every Flowster to confidently create delightful on-brand content that adds value to the community and furthers our mission.
What you’ll do
Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders
Work closely with the marketing team to produce creative social media ads, landing pages, etc
Design, build, and execute creative campaigns across digital/social channels, while integrating the fun and engaging creativity captured in B2C branding
Continue to visually evolve the Voiceflow brand
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
Video editing and creation
Continue to grow professionally and creatively, every day
Strategic planning and collaboration with the marketing team
Make our community feel seen
About You
2+ years experience managing freelancers and/or agencies
Advanced knowledge and experience working with video editing, visual effects, and design tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Experience with researching, planning, organizing, and producing creative projects from inception to completion
Strong visual storytelling skills. Ability to distill information into easily understandable visuals and layouts
Experience working with a cross-functional team—working with designers to develop creative assets; working with product marketing to understand product positioning, audiences, and use cases; working with executives to create video and audio content
A strong desire to think outside the box and make things people love

Location: Toronto — we work Hybrid (1-3 days/week in office)
