The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers. Shuttle Drivers provides a high level of customer service by ensuring all Customer and inventory vehicles are in top condition.
Job Duties:
Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
Listen to and document customer needs an expectations throughout the visit.
Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rent outs, availability and services due.
Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Professional demeanour and appearance.
Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
Organized with an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs.
Flexible and open to change; can take on special tasks as needed.
Ability to manage customer concerns and solve difficult problems.
Self-motivation with excellent work ethic.
Loves a fast paced environment.
Computer skills and an understanding of technology.
