Volkswagen Group’s largest cell factory in St. Thomas will carry out all battery activities – from processing raw materials to developing a unified Volkswagen battery to managing the European and North American gigafactories. For the initial ramp-up phase of our North American operations we are looking for a passionate Manager Compensation and Benefits who wants to CELLebrate in fast-paced and fast-changing environments. As part of the ramp-up team, you will work closely with the HR Team in St. Thomas, our PowerCo SE team members at Headquarters in Germany as well as colleagues from the Volkswagen Group Canada in Ajax, ON. Reporting temporarily to the Chief Human Resources Officer for VGCA, you will participate in developing, implementing & administering our benefit programs ensuring the programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements & are cost effective.
This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the St. Thomas office
