We are currently looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (14+ month contract) at our Corporate offices in Ajax, ON
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position leads the Talent Acquisition team to execute the vision, develop KPIs and monitor progress, continually work to innovate and develop efficiencies, and help the Company achieve its targets. The incumbent will be responsible for recommending strategies to maximize talent acquisition efforts nationally across all brands and career levels in Canada.
This is a flex hybrid model, based out of the Ajax, ON head office
