We are currently looking for a Parts Payable Coordinator at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON
The VGCA Accounting Shared Services Centre provides essential back office accounting functions for General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Affiliates, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets for multiple VW group companies including Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, factory production, and electric vehicle infrastructure.
The Parts Payable Coordinatoris responsible to ensure the accurate and timely processing of domestic parts vendor invoices in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, effectively and efficiently for Volkswagen Group of America, and Volkswagen Group Canada.
This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the Ajax office
