Role Summary
Responsibilities are to support troubleshooting of Financial Maintenance related issues. Accountable for the review, analysis, recommendations and actions needed to clear monetary and non-monetary rejects reports. Acts as the first point of contact for Financial Maintenance related questions and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures timely and accurate processing and posting of payments and payouts in the record system
Assist Financial Maintenance Team members in timely completion of department’s tasks in peak periods (act as a backup to the supervisor’s tasks)
Participate in special projects as a SME within the FM team.
Review, analyze and take appropriate actions needed to resolve monetary transactions and non-monetary transactions in our system of record.

Formal education
- Minimum required: College diploma (DEC)
- Preferred: University Degree
Experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the auto finance operations or related industry.
Competencies
- Ability to navigate computerized accounting systems and other applications.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles required
