You demonstrate:

• Courteous, friendly and positive customer interactions.

• You posses high level of communication and story telling skills to gain customer confidence and customer loyalty.
• Act as a liaison between customer & technician. Consult with technicians to prioritize complex and expensive repairs within budget.
• Ability to perform vehicle checks and demonstrate thorough knowledge of Volvo cars driver information systems.
• Ability to prepare repair quotes and get authorization
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and service protocols.
• You demonstrate inter-departmental collaboration skills to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a strategic outlook to promote business growth through customer experience. 

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and communicate them clearly to customers.
• Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive industry trends and service protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with services provided

Service Department timings:

• 07:30 am till 05:15 pm. (Monday – Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
