Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As an Automotive Delivery Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers as they take delivery of their new or pre-owned vehicles. Your meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be key in orchestrating the final stages of the vehicle purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Arrangements:

• Coordinate the scheduling of vehicle deliveries with customers, ensuring alignment with their preferences and availability.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate communication of delivery dates and times.

2. Paperwork and Documentation:

• Ensure all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, warranties, and vehicle registration, is prepared and readily available for customers to sign upon delivery.
• Verify the accuracy of paperwork and troubleshoot any discrepancies in a timely manner.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Thoroughly inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure that all promised features, upgrades, and services have been completed as per the customer’s purchase agreement.
• Address any concerns or oversights, coordinating with the service department if adjustments are needed.

4. Customer Education:

• Walk customers through the features and functionalities of their new vehicles during the delivery process, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of their purchase.
• Answer any questions and provide guidance on maintenance schedules, operation tips, and available support.

5. Exceptional Customer Service:

• Create a positive and memorable delivery experience for customers, making them feel valued and confident in their purchase decision.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Coordination with Departments:

• Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, finance, and service, to ensure a coordinated and consistent customer experience from the initial sale to vehicle delivery.

7. Post-Delivery Follow-up:

• Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.
• Assist with any additional requests or inquiries that may arise after the delivery.

8. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving the vehicle delivery process, working closely with management to implement enhancements.
