Health Clinic Financial Assistant
VOR Physiotherapy is a Physiotherapist owned, multi-disciplinary clinic in Waterloo, focussing on the treatment of patients with vertigo, dizziness, concussions, headaches, and TMJ issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Management – Accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Invoicing, accurate billing, and payment data entries of external third-party insurance companies (MVA, Telus)
- Payment journals and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss, budgeting and consulting on financial decisions
- Management of confidential information
- Administrative Assistant – part-time coverage for reception desk, new patient intake and appointment bookings
- Must be proficient in scheduling and accounting software, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player
