The Opportunity Accountable/responsible for ensuring all parts calls are addressed in a timely and effective manner; supervise available parts reps and resources to maximize productivity and proficiency to meet targets.
The Role
- Responsible for day-to-day support of the business of Parts sales to customers
- Executes initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence and maximizes efficiencies including warranty programs and parts operations at the branch
- Supervise parts reps to ensure sourcing and sales profit margin performance and customer service are met
- Provide coaching and training for all parts reps
Work with customers, suppliers and co-workers to fulfill parts orders and inquiries within parts and cost expectations
The Candidate
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce, General Business or other related discipline.
Work Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in the automotive, truck or mobile equipment parts industry considered an asset.
Knowledge: Experience working with parts vendors, outsourcing and generating parts quotes
Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
