Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Walinga Inc. The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing lean manufacturing methods and principles. The role will involve analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering skills
- Analytical Skills and Process Improvement expertise
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience in process optimization and waste reduction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
