Position responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service both in person and on the phone.
Manage the routing of our transport trucks and 3rd party transport trucks which includes delivery of grain, backhauls of fertilizer and farm pickups of grain.
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming loads as well as sales transactions.
Entry of grain contracts and payments to producers.
Liaison with the branch managers to arrange for loading times of trucks and notify branches in advance of intents for product movement.
Invoice sales transactions.
Record payables and receivables for all grain movement.

Position requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
Ability to work both independently (self-starter) and in a team environment.
Strong computer skills.
Prior sales and/or logistic experience preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
