Mandate:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator will act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts in the Warehouse. They will support warehouse operations by providing timely and efficient service to all customer inquiries.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate unloaded containers daily with internal & external lumping teams
Receive and process customer orders in a Bonded Warehouse
Schedule inbound freight carriers
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience within a 3PL warehouse environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
High school diploma or equivalent
Shift flexibility; varied work schedule
Bondable (Criminal check is required – able to acquire and maintain Federal Security Clearance in good standing)
