Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre (WWFC) has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team!
WWFC is a large aviation training institute with 90 years of history and is located at the busy Waterloo Region International Airport. We provide members of the aviation community the opportunity to pursue their goals supported by the highest quality resources in the safest environment.
The Customer Support Coordinator is accountable to the Front-End Supervisor and is responsible for the sales and management of the Pilot Shop implementing systems policies, and procedures to meet the customers’ needs. This position works closely with all business units of the flight centre to provide an effortless customer experience to our users.
