We are growing!! Waycred Automotive Products is a Packaging Manufacturer and Distributor of Automotive and Trucking lubricants and Select Parts.

Position: Territory Sales Manager (Southwestern Ontario)

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our Lubricants and Parts into the Automotive Aftermarket, Truck Fleets, and industrial channels. Experience in these channels is an asset but not mandatory. This position will require 90% field time maintaining existing accounts and prospecting new business. We are an entrepreneur company and welcome individuals with a passion to grow the business and their career.  

Waycred Automotive Products is an Importer, Distributor. Manufacture and supplier of Automotive and Commercial Lubricants, Greases, and Hydraulic Fluids as well as select parts including a full line of Premium Route19 Branded Oil, Air, and Cabin Filters, Wiper Blades, mechanic shop gloves, and several different category hard parts.  

Responsibilities:

•                    Follow and maintain a provided business sales plan for your region

•                    Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly customer visits.

•                    Cold calling and customer prospecting.

•                    Comfortable using a CRM tool and other similar CRM software.

•                    Attend trade shows / promote company Products and Program

•                    Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

•                    Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

•                    Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

•                    Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.

•                    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

•                    Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

•                    Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

•                    Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.

•                    Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities.

•                    Excellent negotiation and communication skills

•                    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

•                    Strong organizational and time management skills
