The summer students will be assigned to projects and will be responsible for the following:
- Work collaboratively with internal business units and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the outcomes, and deliverables of the eLearning project are met within the commitments and expectations established.
- Utilize large volumes of information coming from policies, procedures, processes and other content to develop eLearning courses.
- Develop interactive and engaging eLearning courses utilizing Articulate 360 authoring tools and other applications.
- Maintain quality assurance standards during the course development process and use evaluation metrics to ensure continuous course improvement.
Your experience and skills:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design or a related subject.
- Experience using Articulate 360 software, including Storyline 360, to create training materials.
- Experience with Moodle Learning Management System or other similar Learning Management Systems is an asset.
- Experience with video development and/or editing would be considered an asset.
- Ability to manage time and work independently with a high degree of accountability.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, team skills, and the ability to be flexible to adapt to changing needs of our business.
- Experience in the curriculum development and instructional design of job-specific adult education programs is an asset.

Salary: $23 per hour, 36.25 hours per week
Note: Candidates must be comfortable and able to work remotely and, in the office, as required. Final candidates for this position will be asked to undergo a security clearance.
